Pensions report per payrun showing error message because it shows employees with start date in the future. Can you help?

Hi @Alexandra De La Tour,
Good Morning,
Sometimes the export will 'error' when the export is opened up as it 'switches' the date to US format. It may be worth troubleshooting this first to see if this is what is causing the file to error.
To fix the issue, open the export from the Pension module the first time, do your checks, and save in your files. Then run the export a second time, but saving it directly to your laptop or PC. Upload the unopened file directly into Nest (as the date will not have switched, as it has not been opened) and see if this rectifies the problem.
Thanks!

@Adrian Loader Please see above the answer from Cristabelle one of our experts on the sytsem . Does this answer your question ?
Adrian's answer:
No. We always download the file, convert the format to the correct format for NEST and upload the file once checked.
The attached file is what the Fourth system has downloaded. I have highlighted all those where the “start date” is beyond the relevant earnings period dates, which for this download was the four week period that ended on 15th April and paid on Friday 20th April.
Further thoughts and suggestions welcome.
Hi @Adrian Loader Have you checked that the Pension Diary matches the dates of the Pension Reference Period from Nest?
There is an Article to help you here.

The last section explains how to change the dates to ensure the reports are configured correctly.
Hope this resolves the issue.

@Alexandra De La Tour
Good evening. I checked the diary and it does appear that it was set up incorrectly. I have now synchronised the dates and hope that is sorted the issue. I will let you know if the problem persists - fingers crossed it is all OK.
Many thanks for your help.
