Where about can I add in the origin for a product?

Thank you for posting your question to the Fourth Customer Community – we are more than happy to help!

 

I assume the question is relating to our Star Chef solution? If so, the ‘Country of Origin’ field is located under the ‘Supplier Spec’ tab when creating an ingredient. If the field is not visible to you, this is due to the permissions that have been allocated to your user group.

 

If you wish for this field to be visible, we would be more than happy to assist. Please contact your Fourth Customer Success Manager requesting for the field to be made available to you and they will organise for this to be actioned on your behalf.
