Can a termination reason be hidden so it can not be selected?

The XXX in front of the termination reason does not restrain of ticking the reasons. If there was a tick box option (similar to the absence types set up) to hide the old reasons from user view, this would be helpful.@Sarah King​

Hi @Alexandra De La Tour​ Unfortunately Termination reasons cannot be made inactive as with Absence reasons and Job titles.

 

Customers should ensure their termination reasons are still relevant and add any where there is a gap.

Users should be trained to ensure they understand why the termination reason is so important and ensure they select the correct reason.
