Hi I can see in employee info that we can set available days - however can you set available shifts ?

Hi @Sharon Harkins​ This is a global setting that enables you to use;

  • Available/unavailable
  • Shift types in the rota ticked as default.

 

The global setting to change your current set up is,

HR > Administration > Global Settings > Set employee availability

 

You will need to untick the box.

 

You must also ensure that the shift types you wish to be available are ticked as default.

It is not advisable to have all shift types set as default if you have a long list.
