Is it possible to extract a report from Fourth that shows the Gross and Net amount split out by each pay component?

Asked by a customer E.g. how total tax deducted in a weekly payment is split between the amount deducted from hours, PILON, Leaver holidays etc.

Hi @Rachel Sutton​ ,

 

The Pay Run Report should have what you are looking for from the Payroll Module!

 

You can select the Report by Location / Division or as All, and whether you want to just show Basic details, with pay elements or with pay elements and deductions (this can be exported to excel if required.)

 

The Pay Run Report is the same as the payroll preview, the only difference is that it shows employers NIC and tax refunds are displayed in RED. Arrows will show next to an employee’s name to indicate a variance of more than 10% in gross pay since the previous period.

 

To run the Report follow the path:

 

Payroll > Pay runs > Past Pay Run list > click onto pay run > Pay Run report
