Zero hours contract employee who is more than 12 months employed and lately has worked more/less than April last year. Should we still keep the amount of hours paid in April 2019?
eg. April last year 40hs - last six month 20hs.
Another question: I have an employee who has worked 44.5 hs average in April 2019. Should I add this amount of hours on Fourth?
Thanks.

Hi Aline,
Thank you for your questions. If the average pay that has been calculated is more than April last year, you can use that amount. If not, you can use the April 2019 amount for these employees.
Many thanks,
Sophie
