Can KIT (keep in touch) Days during maternity leave be reflected on Labour Productivity Rotas?

There is a need to display Keep in Touch (KIT) Days on the Rota for stand-alone Labour Productivity. Is this possible?

    Currently there is no functionality to reflect KIT days on stand alone, as its paid, we would suggest the day is paid as normal and the notes functionality being used to reflect the KIT day.

    Hi @Martin McReynolds​ ,

    For LP and stand alone Team hours you cannot create shift types, theoretically you could use passive shifts to record costs which hit the schedule but do not impact the Labour Demand Graph, but if someone is scheduled off with an absence this would not be possible. In this instance I would suggest managing tracking this cost from Payroll.

    I completely agree that this needs to happen. We are able to log these KIT days for payroll purposes but cant actually show them on a rota. If someone is carrying out a KIT day they are in and a part of that working team, its another body for the shift and budget.
