How do I resolve an issue of duplicated units/values appearing against delivered units in FnB

We have an issue where FnB is reporting double the Delivered quantities - our source ERP is showing the Delivered quantities as expected.   The units appear to be duplicated against deliveries during the recently closed period, so this does not appear to be an isolated duplicate receipt.   This issue has however only been reported against one Site/Unit.   Below example - 32 units were delivered into site over 3 separate dates - drop qty 10units, 4units, 2units = 16 in total, but showing as 32 below,   This is a similar story against the majority of delivered units in this period.   [Image: From Stock Reconciliation Report]

  Hi @Richard Swinger​ 

  The report you referenced was returning the correct information in so far as that it represented what was received into stock in that period.

  It seems that a GRN was generated from the EDI message (P2P) which was received into stock, and an additional GRN was created from a PO which was also received into stock for the same quantities. I have emailed you seperately with some more information in regards to your GRN references and values. The interaction with your supplier Merret is unique to your business, so you may need to consult with your site managers to see why they are using two instances of Merret, one P2P submission and the other email, to see why duplicate GRNs are being created and received in.
