T&A not pulling through onto Hrs worked report

Hi   When we pull the Forecast v Actual v Paid report our Head Office T&A was not showing.   When we look at the actual rota and pop open the clocks we can see they do have T&A but with the blue exclamation mark and the T&A is not assigned ?   What do we need to do to attach this T&A to the rota / shift so that it pulls through the report and shows as T&A for the person on our report ? hope that explains the issue ??   @Stephen Schendel​
