Hi @Rachel Sutton​ Yes this is possible.

They will need to create a Uniform allowance payment type, set up as ONE OFF. Then add it to the Auto Creation for New Employees list.

They can populate the payment type with a specific value so it is the same for each employee.

Once the pay run has been processed, the payment type will be removed from the employees list and not appear again.

Yes, there is the ability to set this by Division or Job title.
