do you have a downloadable mobile software

If you need the Adaco software for the mobile device, you can download that from within the application on a PC. Just go to a Property, select File->Mobile Device->Mobile Setup and select the correct version you need.
If the computer doesn't see a device when connected via USB, that could be more of an IT issue; something with the USB cable, driver, or device settings.
Can you give more info if these don't solve your issue?

Hi @Charlie Conner ,
Thanks for your question. Assuming that the handhelds you are referring to are either the MC40 or TC51 barcode scanners then @Hudley Grisham is absolutely correct.
There are also Receiving, Counting (and coming soon) Ordering apps available for Purchasing and Inventory (formerly Adaco). To enable these you would need to speak to your Fourth representative.
