We wish to implement a 4 week induction rota for new starters in specific roles – is there a way that this can be set up?

We wish to implement a 4 week induction rota for new starters in specific roles– is there a way that this can be set up in the system and then attached to the applicable new starter when they are first keyed on Fourth? The rota for the 4 weeks is different each week? @Alyson Park​

In the employees Employment details page, you can set default shifts that feed through to the rota. These would need to be changed after 4 weeks.

If the default shifts are set to available/not available, this can be changed in the HR global settings > Employee availability.
