Adaco: Allergens report

- We would like a way of identifying whether a product has been checked/ updated in terms of allergens or not even if there are no allergens – for example in the form of a tick box? - If the same recipe is under more than one sub category e.g. starter, lunch, dinner etc, how can we prevent it from appearing multiple times on the report     @Rita Filmore​

Thanks for your questions.

 

  1. This would be a system change request and your CSM should raise it internally for you. This has been discussed internally previously however and there are some concerns around if an allergen is added at a later date and potential mis-reporting.
  2. Which report are you referring to? Most reports can be run by primary category, which (if assigned) should stop this happening?
