Rota shown on App before it is moved to Approved

Does the team member have access to see the rota in the system?

Team members without access should not see unapproved Rotas. Please can you raise this with the technical support team giving examples.

You can log these via the community.

Hi @Marion Bauckham​ Yes the should not be able to see unapproved Rotas on the App.

I just wondered if the employee had access to the rota on the desktop, this may also be giving access to the app.

it would be worth checking this before you raise with support.
