Hi @David Fournier  . We tried that but couldnt get the right access required.

We need the user to make direct outlet requisition and not direct purchase requisition. Right now when we give "Can create requisition directly" the user is able to make direct purchase and outlet requisitions (keeping the "purchase requisition access rights" active).

    Hi @Jasir Abdul Khader & @Wilfred Castelino,

Thank you for the follow-up query.

Our team has done further testing to confirm that 'Can create requisition directly' cannot be separated between Requisition types, so unfortunately, a user cannot have Direct Outlet Requisition access whilst also being restricted from Direct Purchase Requisition access.

We would recommend utilizing Templates for both Requisition types so you can restrict direct requisition access overall per group.

Thanks @David Fournier for your reply,

So giving the access to this will allow the user to make purchase requisition for all the items available which are currently not approved also. We need all purchase requisitions to be made via template and the outlet requisition to be made by template / by direct way , as the requisitions will be different from different properties where they are different concepts.

Yes as you mentioned we will currently follow the template for OR also , but can you please see if there is a scope for developing restrictions to the existing access right.

I Am adding a pic , please see two selected and let us know how are they differ in access

    Regards

    Hi @Jasir Abdul Khader,

There is not any scope in our development plan to further adjust this functionality; it may be reviewed in the future as the ordering process moves to a mobile platform but at present, OR Templates specific to the concepts would be required to achieve your desired outcome.

Any further discussions regarding business processes specific to your organization's requirements around requisitioning should be raised with your Customer Success Manager, @Omar Mwatsutsu.
