Hi Jasir

Thanks for reaching out

The report you are requesting is not included in the "standard" set of reports you have been provided with. However you do have a report on Receiving by Outlet which can be filtered on any one/combination of Accounts to show you Receiving by Outlet for those Account(s)

If this is not an ideal solution, can you please reach out to your account manager so that we can scope out exactly what you require

Hi Jasir

Just wanted to follow up as there is actually another report that could be closer to what you are looking for. Under the Purchasing and Receiving dashboard > Order Summary tab there is a report that shows all receiving by Account. It's called TREND BY ACCOUNT. Again this shows all value received by account for all Outlets, so you could filter on any one/combination of outlet(s) to show you receiving by Account for those outlet(s)

If you would like the report to be broken down by outlet, please let us know and we can add that in

Thanks

Many thanks for the feedback. In this if i select the "received" in PO status will i be getting the received PO's which is posted in receiving for the selected period ?

Ok @P2P Solutions

Consider a case.

I raised a PO in december and the grn is made in Jan. In this case when i take the above report with grn , will it show the po details in Jan date.

You're welcome Jasir

Correct, select "Received" in PO Status filter but also remember to select "GRN" in Document Type filter as this will show all receiving value. If instead you select "PO" in the Document Type this will only show what has been received of the original PO (not the final delivered value)

Hi Jasir

If you filter on Jan and GRN then it will show all GRNs posted (/received in Purchasing and Inventory system) in Jan, including those that had originating PO in Dec

Does that answer your question?
