Open PO Report

@Selene Squitieri​ asks a great question!   We are trying to clean up the above report but we are not able to go back to previous months and uncheck the multiple Receiving to close the PO. Nor can we go an update the receiver if back ordered product comes in.  Is there a way that this function can be activated for us to do the above scenarios?   Please can our Community come together to help @Selene Squitieri​ on this?

Hi @Selene Squitieri​ ,

 

Great to see you are cleaning up the system.

 

You won't be able to untick the multiple receivings box as you have already created this multiple receiving when receiving the first part of the order.

You can however post the outstanding receiving with 0 quantity which will close the receiving and won't effect your accounts.

As an extra @Selene Squitieri​ , there is an Administration flag under Property > Property Preferences > Receiving > Allow Multiple Corrections In A Closed Period that you don't have ticked. ​By ticking this (don't be fooled by the name) you should be able to untick the multiple receiving box.
