If we want to set up a bonus scheme for a job title but only want to pay this bonus for 40 hours worked and no more than that otherwise they end up earning more than the pay level above them.
How do we set this up?

Hi @Lindsey Braniff This needs more information. There are no KPIs in the system for bonus's.
It would be a manual entry.
