In Adaco we are attaching supplier quotes to requisitions and adding PO comments in order all reviewers and approvers can see all order details. Unfortunately once approved the attachments and PO comments are not visible with this order in the Receiving Center. Being able to view would help the receiving and invoice allocation process. How can this information be consistently viewed / linked to the order?

Hello @Gordon Beat , a good question.
Supplier quotes and comments made on requisitions disappear once the order has been approved because these fields are designed to provide information for approvers and suppliers, so will not be visible after the PO has been sent. If you wish to look into bespoke comments functionality and attachments, please speak to your Fourth contact.
