Hi - apologies if this is repetition - I have furloughed all applicable staff, and on the Employee Furlough Status Export, on the right hand side there is a Earnings/Period calculation.
Firstly, where does that information come from, is it 52 weeks data etc etc. I assume it is just basic pay and holidays?
Secondly, should we be using this figure to calculate the 80% which will be the staff gross wages?

Thanks for the question. The information in the earnings per period is the average pay, and the calculation is explained here: https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/WFM-Average-Pay-Calculation
You can then use this to calculate the 80% furlough payment, and cap at £2500 if required.
