General Ledger codes attached to payroll transactions

​The original GL codes that have originally been set up in Fourth (location code, division code and account code on General Ledger Export version A) are now out of date.   Is it possible to update them at our end (without going trough Fourth) and if yes, how?   Many thanks

Do you mean the Nominal Ledger Export or the Super Journal?

 

Usually these codes can be changed in the Location and Division Settings, however if you are using Fourth Analytics you cannot change the Location codes without affecting FA.

 

Accounting codes can be updated in Payment types and Nominal codes in Payroll Payroll > Administration > Global Settings > Nominal codes.

If these do not feed through correctly, they may be hard coded and this will require development but this is not usually the case.
