What report allows us to identify where we are spending the most money & see what we are buying?

​I find the vendor spend report is useful for total spend & the Purchase history report is also good for looking at purchases in more details - can run report per vendor, category -

Hi Elaine, Can you please tell me the exact report for this "vendor spend report" you're referring to? I can't seem to locate these key words in my Adaco.

Hi Jordan,  I have it available in Central purchasing , I don't know if you have this or have access to this?​ In our small hotel group this is where products and suppliers are controlled.
