Starchef - is there a way we can amend the text in the supplier disclaimer field against ingredients?

Thanks so much for bringing this question to the Community - it's the perfect place to find out this type of information.

Yes, the supplier disclaimer field can be amended. The user wishing to make the changes must have access to a user group which allows them to see the 'Global Database Settings' under the admin tab.

Under the 'Details' tab of the 'Global Database Settings' at the bottom of the right hand side column the 'Ingredient Disclaimer Text' field can be updated.

Apologies. No, when the disclaimer is updated all ingredients which had the 'Disclaimer Accepted' field ticked, will remain ticked.

I must apologise as the functionality which I explained previously is currently only accessible by Fourth personnel.

The correct process, at the current time, for editing the supplier disclaimer field is to raise a technical case with our support team who I know will be more than happy to assist.

Yes - if the supplier disclaimer field is updated, the updated information will appear on all existing ingredient records as well as those created going forward.

I was referring to the check box against the disclaimer. If the disclaimer is updated do all our ingredient records become unchecked?
