Product unable to Requisition on FNB Live
Hi, I have an item unavailable to requisition. I have looked and checked to see that the product is assigned and available at the issuing site and also the requisitioning site (which it is).
Please see my screenshot below.

Thank you for your question
In these cases there is another setting (on Enterprise) to check. An issuing site needs to be assigned to the category the product is under.
This Mojito Mix product is under the 'Cocktails' category which has no issuing site assigned:
This setting can be found at:
Enterprise Level > Master Product List > Manage Issuing Sites > select unit > expand categories > assign issuing site to category.
With the issuing site assigned, the product should be available to requisition.
If you do not have access to Enterprise, the FnB administrator from your business will need to action this on your behalf.
