Delete or amend an unpaid absence in Fourth

Great question, thank you.
The simplest way to do this would be to access the absence via HR Module > Employee, then select the employee.
From the top of the screen then navigate to Employee HR Info > Absences. Select the relevant absence and tick the delete box on the left & save. This will remove the absence, you can then input the correct absence. OR you could re-open the absence by clicking on it and amend the dates.
Should you not have access to do either of these options yourself, your company system administrator would either need to change your permissions settings within your company access level or they would need to then do it themselves.
