Setting up recipe/production outlet in Purchasing & Inventory (formerly known as Adaco)

I'd like to understand the option Recipe Usage, "used as" has 4 options, what's the difference between them & how they impact the movement of items.   Options are Recipe, Add On, Recipe with Add On, Menu. Do we have an article defining these?   Thanks, Katie

This is a very good question.

 

​This was created for a bespoke Report, allowing for Menus to be created as Recipes.

Also for POS 'Add-On' interfaces only, allowing for the Menu Engineering Report to consolidate Sales for base item plus add-on items.
