How are the holiday accruals calculated in the “Monthly Wage Costs “ Analysis?

Thanks for your question.
Regarding holiday accruals and how they are calculated, this all depends on how the customer has it set up in their Wage Function Settings (which can be found in Rotas > Administration > Wage Function Settings > Display Costs > Holiday Accrual %).
Depending on how it is configured, the customer will get a sum on the Monthly Wage Cost that is a calculation of the percentage of the amount of hours worked by the employees. For example, if it were set at 20%, for every hour an employee works, 12 minutes would be accrued towards their holiday.
