Hello! I'm new to Fourth Customer Community, but was hoping someone could please help me out. We can't work out how the forecast % is calculated on the rota analysis summary. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Many thanks. Lucy We are reviewing the rota analysis summary which shows budget %, forecast %, & actual %, however we are unable to work out how the forecast % is calculated - it doesn't seem to be the wage budget/available for wages/rota wage cost as a % of budgeted revenue/forecast revenue /actual revenue - none of these alternative calculations equal the forecast %, so we can't work out what else it could be.
