Is it possible to schedule the changes on the Replace in recipes tool?

When using the replace in recipes tool, on the last step there is a "Flag affected recipes" section with an expiry date field. Would adding a flag and an expiry date automatically replace the ingredient in the recipes flagged on the expiry date? Do we need to select a specific flag in order to do this? (Do the flags colour have a meaning?) If not, what does the flagging function do on the replace in recipes tool?

  When using the Replace in Recipes tool, all updates to recipes happen as you click confirm.

   

  Flags allow you to highlight the recipes to show there has been a change, with the expiry date simply being the date the flag no longer shows.

   

  Blue, yellow and green flags have no specific function within the solution to allow you the option to define internal meanings.

  Red are normally used to trigger the archive process, with the ingredient or recipe going into an archive set at the end of the date the red flag is set for (I have checked and this is enabled for your business).

  That's correct, the updates to recipes are always immediate.
