Access to amend rotas

Hi all,   I have a question from @Charlotte Ward​ & @Angela Bradshaw​,   "Hello   I have someone who is working within the operational on a consultancy basis. They need access to fourth to view and amend rotas but not see any other information. Is this possible please?"    Regards, Anissa

You can create a Job title that is a Consultant and set the Job title as a 'System User' so that they do not feed into payroll.

I would also suggest creating a new level of the Hierarchy - Just for these users.

You would only need to give access to the rota module (and possibly HR employee level)

What access you give them in Rotas is driven by the template.

If they only need the same access as a GM you can use the GM template.

Alternatively you can create a new template just for them.

This would need to be done with the Admin Login (HR > User > Templates > Create Template
