You will first need to create a custom report template with all the information you require including WTD opt out which is on the first page. I would also set the Status to = in the employment details page of the report to only bring up current employees. Once this is created you can run easily wherever you like.

 

When you wish to report, you can run the employees hours worked report for the period of time you require (usually 17 weeks), total the hours and divide by the weeks to give an average hours worked.

You can then do a V LOOK up against employee number and this will show average hours against WTD setting.
