Hi @Aine Roach-Jones​,

We don’t have a report on all the fields that can be entered as it’s vast, and also depends on how the portals are configured. The customer could use custom reporting and the first 2 pages of data here, however I’d advise against them ticking all the boxes and running a huge report as it will most likely time out.
