Allocating Holidays after Payroll has been submitted

    Hi @Geraldine Kay​ 

    These days can only be authorised if you have permission to do so.

    The Permission is in HR and is 'Edit Holidays for submitted rotas'.

    The Admin login should also be able to authorise these holidays.

    I have contacted IT and they have confirmed that I do have this setting you have mentioned however this is the screen I am seeing

    I have added the permission screen - The rota has been submitted to payroll and the payroll has been processed and wages paid

    Hi @Sharon Harkins​ Can you try logging in with the Master Admin Login please?

    Hi Debbie - Gerladine worked out that if we look at the list of unauthorised holidys and click on the lines we can change the drop down choice to authorised and this deducts the day from the holiday allocation but warns you there will be no implication for payroll :)
