We are entering sales budgets into the system for June through configure location, however this crosses from year 5 to year 6 on the data entry screen. In year 6 it says 'no budget' rather than 'in progress'. How do we activate the next year for each location.

There is no activation as such that would be required to enter the budget manually. I suggest you should have no complications in imputing your future forecast for year 6 with the 'no budget', but please do get in touch if you experience any issues with this.
