**Our NMW top up report includes unpaid holiday in the total hours which I think is inflating the liability considerably. Unfortunately unpaid holiday has been used in the past to show people are not available to work. I can’t seem to run a report showing when each employee has taken unpaid holiday nor can I see past prior year’s holiday. 

 

We need these so I can reduce the liabilities that we need to top up for each employee.

Hi @Murat Celik​ The best report to use for NMW is in Payroll > Reports > Exports > NMW report

The rota reports do not take into consideration anything paid out in payroll.

'Unpaid holiday' usually refers to employees days off (Unpaid AS holiday) however this is dependent on configuration.
