Request Report for Recipe and Sales Import

    Hi @Xiaochen Deng​ ,

     

    Thank your for your question(s)

     

    1. Are you referring to issues with sales from your POS feed? ​If so you can view any errors when importing sales at Recipe>Recipe Sales>Point of Sale Interface.
    2. This can be done by exporting the database (at CP if it exists or at property if standalone) by going to Property>Export Data>Products and filtering in excel. If you are looking to inactivate all recipes/products not sold in the previous 6 months I recommend you speak to your CSM and ask them to organise our data team to do this for you.
    3. By running the Sales History report you can see all products sold that have PLUs assigned to them. Assuming you are more interested in products without PLUs then tick 'Include sales of mismatched PLUs' when completing the criteria.
