How do I categorise products on StarChef so that they report in the correct subsections on Fourth Analytics?

The categories should be driven by those in Inventory, which in turn are from the smart categories within Recipe and Menu Engineering (previously known as StarChef).

Would you be able to provide an example of a Product that is not falling into the expected subsection in Fourth Analytics based on it's categorisation in the other systems?

We may be able to look into it in more detail and provide a more concise answer.
