    Hi @Sharon Harkins

This report can be exported to excel which will allow you to add the additional columns you require.

When running the report ensure you change the file output to Text File (*csv)

This should then be suitable for your needs.

    Kind regards

    Debbie

HI @Debbie Thomas  Am I using the correct button as I do not get an option to export to CSV - I only get the pop up box in my post above ?

    Hi @Sharon Harkins

If you access the report via the reports menu you can export

Rota > Reports > Daily Blank Rota

If you do not see this report, access can be given via the templates in Rotas.

    Kind regards

    Debbie

Hi @Debbie Thomas  I am now using the Blank rota reports in csv export which is great - Can you advise where the data in column K relates to ?

I wondering if I can use this to determine which department the staff work in but looking at our job titles and employment records I cant find an entry that relates to job title 33 ??

Hi I am aware I have not received an answer on the question above re the job title number and what that relates to ? I need to be able to note the department ? I cant use Vlookup as the employee number is not on this report either ? would it be possible to build a custom report that could include department ?

Hi @Sharon Harkins I have been looking into this and I cant see where the figures are coming from either. They are not accounting codes or priority number.

I would suggest raising a case via the community with this information and I will also try to look into it so please bear with me.

With regards to building a custom report, I would suggest running a report with employee name job title and division, concatenate the name in both exports and then vlook up against name.

Do let us know how you get on.

    Kindest

Hi @Debbie Thomas  I have decided to use the forecast v actual as it pulls the department into the report. Thanks for your help :)
