This is a super common issue, I'm glad you've asked it. The most common reason for this is that the effective delivery date has been changed. This removes the delivery from the current stock period, which in turn removes it from the stock management screen.

 

The easiest thing to do is search for the Goods Received Note in the Documents tab, putting in only the variables that are unlikely to have been changed (specifically I use the Supplier and Reference Number). Then simply turn of the restrict to 30 days option, leave the date range as open as possible and search away.

 

When you have found the document, I would advise re-opening the delivery and adjusting the date to the correct date (or as close in the open period as possible). This is a permissions driven change however. If you cant perform this action yourself, simply send a screenshot to your head office, showing where the Document is. They will be able to adjust and drop the document into your current period.
