Hello, We have created two new segments and a some categories under them, but we cannot use them when adding items etc, as we do with the ones we had already, they are there when checking setup, but cannot be used. Please advise

Many thanks for your post.

 

A new category needs to be set as a Product category in order to be able to add products to it, as there are various types of categories (Recipe, Outlet, Project, Event, Recipe or Receiving).

 

I can view all of your current segments and categories when creating a new product in your database, please let me know which ones you are unable to currently see?

Which Segments/categories have you created?

 

Does the User have access to these under User Centre > select user > Default Segment?
