The best way to get this information would be to run a rota export, such as the Employee Hours Worked, which will give you the total hours within a specified period, then divide this by the required number of months to calculate the average.

Rotas/Labour Productivity > Reports > Exports > Employee Hours Worked > enter date range > select location/division if required > Run.

The calculation in the system for flexible employees is average hours per week and this can be reported on using a HR Customised Report.

HR > Reports > Customised Reports > Create Template > enter Template Name > select Report Type: Holiday Data > enter Template Description if required > Save > select Average Hours and other required fields > Save > Run Report.
