How to upload a template reference

I am tryingto upload a template letter to the document management section and I keep getting an error message that tells me to contact fourth - has anyone had this problem before?

I've experienced the same issue before using chrome. Try using internet explorer to upload your template. Also when uploading a template under document management, you can see the document requirement. i.e 'Upload file must be a Word document (.doc or .docx). Maximum file size is 20Mb'.

If all fails, take a screen shot of your error message and ask the support team for assistance.
