Can I group all managers to show on one rota?

Ops Manager asked if I can create a Managers rota under her Login so she could see them under one rota. Managers sit under different divisions but the same location.   Please advise, Thank you Snezana

Thanks for your question.

When employees are created they must be attached to a location and a division, and this will determine where they will be displayed on the rota. Unfortunately the only way they could all be seen at the same division would be if they were assigned to the same one.
