Is it possible to batch update training courses that multiple employees have attended?

Yes this can be done through the Training Module!

All training sessions are individual records, so the quickest way to do this would be to access the session and mark the attendees from here.

To do this you will need to select Training Sessions from the Courses and Actions Drop down. Open up the relevant course(s) from this screen. From here, there will be a list of attendees in the left hand box, which can be ticked for attendance.

Thank you Chris. Where is the training module please?

I am on the HR module and can't seem to find it.

Hi @Nikki Thatcher​,

The training module is a separate module to HR, and would sit in the module drop down if you were using it/had access. If you are managing training sessions through the HR module, these would have to be done on an employee basis as there is no batch option here.
