Hi,
In effect Multiple employment works well to a point but there are times when an individual is transferred from one venue to another which means that they work in the new venue full time, but are technically employed and paid through the original company. As all of our venues are there own limited companies it does work but is not good practice and can result in sloppy clocking in and out.
I can see the logic in multiple employment but equally when the above scenario happens it would be ideal to use TUPE through 4th to help manage this. Therefore the individuals rights would remain the same but they would transfer and be employed by a new entity.
Is this something that Fourth can do?
thanks

Could we use TUPE through Fourth for managing multiple employees?

Hi @Murat Celik @Mark Walton
You can TUPE the employees when they transfer. This will involve terminating them as a TUPE (so their P45 is not generated) and rehiring them as a TUPE. However their holiday will not be correct and will need to be manually adjusted. This can be done by adding a negative holiday for the days accrued. This will adjust the days remaining NOT the entitlement.
We are working on a solution for this.
Hope this helps
