I have an inventory made in Excel, how can I transfer that inventory directly to ADACO?

Create a manual inventory and pass it to excel, do not use the scanner, now I need to transfer or transfer that inventory to ADACO to have the complete information of the spirits and beers that I have in my Main Storeroom, I need your help to know how it is possible to do that
