Downloading employee files

I have a question from the lovely @Linda Cooke​:   '​Hi, I have a question. Is there a handy way to download a copy of an Employee File from Fourth. We have a court case to prepare for and our solicitor is asking for a full copy of Fourth file specifically.   Thank you'   Best, Rozz Fourth

There is no way to 'Download a file' as the information is stored separately in the system but the user shows it all together.

It may be possible to get the information you need from custom fields depending on the requirements. You will be able to work through the tabs and build a report containing the information you need.

If this is for a single employee you can add a condition to the Surname and forename to only pull the information for this employee.
