Our Employee has a FTE setting in Fourth , they work 4 days (The job title has a default of 5 days)
If we are entering a weeks holiday for them in Fourth should we enter 4 days paid holiday ?

It is recommended that when creating holidays for an employee the whole duration they are out of the business is captured, and then the 'days off' are marked as unpaid days to ensure the correct paid holidays are deducted and the rota accurately reflects their time out of the business.
