We have put in a fixed cost on the rota of but the figure on the analysis is less by around 25%.

The fixed cost configuration is set up in rotas> administration> configure locations> edit factor X and fixed costs. The fixed costs amounts can be spread across the divisions you have at the location, so please check that these are correct so that the right cost is applied to the right division. You can check that you're not looking at a division that has 75% of the fixed costs applied!

If the figures still do not add up as expected, then this sounds like more of a technical query so I would suggest to raise a technical case to our technical support team to have this investigated. To do this, you can escalate to the member(s) of your business who are responsible for raising cases with Fourth. Or if you are this person, you can select your name on the top right of the Customer Community and select the 'Raise a Technical Case' from the dropdown options.’

Hi Sophie, I checked the settings and all divisions were allocated an equal percentage, however one of the divisions​ at this location wasn't being used which accounted for the difference. Thank you for your help with this, all sorted now.
