Can you please advise whether archived job titles will show on the job title list in employee list and also, whether it is easy to 'un-archive' a job title if the role becomes active again. Thanks

Here is a great article on how to change Job Title from an 'active' status to an 'inactive' status, what that does and how to reverse it.
